Selection criteria and terms of participation
Basic requirements
Application will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The applicant makes purchasing decisions or directly participates in their approval
- The company is a legally registered business with at least 2 years of operational history
- The company’s business profile matches the exhibition’s theme
- The purpose of the visit is sourcing suppliers, products and contracts
- The applicant confirms readiness for pre-scheduled B2B meetings and post-exhibition follow-up
Lack of a website, contact details, or employment verification is grounds for application rejection
Mandatory information and verification
To review an application, the following information must be provided:
- Company information:— official company website;
— legal company name and country of registration. - Applicant contact details:— corporate e-mail address;
— personal phone number with access to WhatsApp or Telegram
— active messenger account for operational communication. - Employment verification:— corporate e-mail with the company domain;
— confirmation letter from the company;
— LinkedIn profile / corporate page indicating the applicant’s position.
Buyer categories
To be assigned Platinum or Gold status, the company must provide verified annual turnover confirmation.
Without financial verification, Platinum or Gold status cannot be granted.
